Celebrate Independence Day with this list of local fireworks, festivities and more!



July 3: North Andover Middle School. Starting at dusk, approximately 9:15PM

 July 3: Andover High School. Starting at dusk, approximately 9:15PM

 July 4: Salem, NH High School. Starting at approximately 9:30PM


July 4: Road Race at the North Andover Common. 8AM: Kids Fun Run and 8:30AM: 5K Run/Walk. Register now.   

Family Fun in the Park: Andover. Make your way to the corner of Chestnut and Bartlett Streets at 8AM for a pancake breakfast and jazz band, then join the Horribles Parade—line up at 9AM or simply watch at 9:30AM. Round out the morning playing games and taking in a concert: 10AM-12PM. 

Salem, NH Celebration. Presented by the Salem Recreation Department. Starting at 5:30PM, enjoy food concessions, music, dancing and activities. At 8:30PM, listen to patriotic music and the national anthem, then watch fireworks at 9:30PM.


Want to really experience the Bay State’s best July 4th party, why not hop on the MBTA and catch the biggest celebration of all? Head to the Hatch Memorial Shell on the Charles River for The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular concert and fireworks at 8PM-11PM. Bring a blanket and have a pre-show picnic before headliner, Queen Latifah takes the stage.
